Adam Smith

As CEO of Smiths-Haven, Adam provides clients with expertise, from hundreds of previous complex transactions, to complete each new transaction expeditiously and with care. He is responsible for all facets of Smiths-Haven and is charged with growing the company to new heights. Adam was previously CEO of Somersault Equities. He was responsible for running the company as well as all facets of each investment. Before Somersault Equities, he was Senior Vice President of Development with Leon Capital Group, where he was responsible for retail, single-family, and special investments. Adam was responsible for each asset from inception to disposition. Before joining LCG, he directed development efforts for Foremark, Ltd. During his tenure as Vice President of Development, Adam partnered with a multitude of national restaurant and entertainment concepts, executing over 300 projects over 6 years in 44 states. He graduated from Texas A&M University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance. Following his undergraduate coursework, he subsequently obtained his Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University.
